AIIMS Rishikesh is one of the SIX Apex healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY).
With the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary
level healthcare in the country and attaining self sufficiency in
graduate and postgraduate medical education & training, the PMSSY
planned to set up 6 new AIIMS institutions in under served areas of the
country
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released
notification for the recruitment of 571 Senior Resident, Junior Resident
vacancies on regular basis. Eligible candidates may end the
applications on or before 19-12-2014 by 5:00 P.M.\
Age Limit: Candidates
age should be 33 years for Post A, 30 years for Post B as on last date
for receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/
OBC/ PH candidates a per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess graduation medical degree (M.B.B.S)/
equivalent degree recognized by MCI for post A, MBBS (including
completion of Internship)/ equivalent degree recognized by MCI for post
B.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on examination/ interview.

Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ ST candidates) of
Demand Draft in favor of AIIMS RISHIKESH payable at Rishikesh.
